We hope this message finds you well! As we step into 2025, we want to take a moment to celebrate the progress we made together in 2024 and share our plans for the year ahead.
2024 Highlights – A Year of Growth & Improvement
Last year, we focused on enhancing our customers’ experience with PTG. Here are a few key accomplishments:
- Stronger Communication: We hosted Town Hall training sessions, Advisory Board meetings, and individual customer business reviews to ensure we’re aligned with customer needs.
- Improved Support: We implemented Teamwork to track and resolve customer requests more efficiently and effectively.
- Seamless Releases: We introduced monthly software releases with clear communication, release notes, and pre-release meetings to keep customers informed every step of the way.
- Enhanced Performance: Infrastructure upgrades and proactive monitoring processes boosted system performance and reliability.
- Continuous Innovation: We delivered monthly system updates based on valuable customer feedback – at no additional cost!
We are especially encouraged by the positive customer feedback we’ve received as these changes were implemented – it confirms we’re heading in the right direction!
Strengthening Our Team
We have invested heavily in our team, making key hires to better support our products and customers, build our future products and enhance delivery of our software. Some of these amazing new team members include:
- Customer Support: VP of Customer Support and Director of Customer Support
- Product & Engineering: VP of Engineering, VP of Product, Senior Product Owner, and Senior Engineer
- Delivery & Development: Director of Delivery and Business/Functional Lead
Exciting Customer Milestones
We are thrilled to share that:
- 4 customers went live on PensionPro in 2024.
- 10 more customers are currently onboarding.
Looking Ahead to 2025
We’re already off to a fantastic start in 2025:
- New Customers:3 more customers went live on PTG’s products.
- Growing Team: We added 2 new Senior Engineers to our Product & Engineering team and a Senior Business Analyst to our Delivery team.

- SOC 2 Compliance: We’ve initiated the process of obtaining SOC 2 compliance, demonstrating our commitment to data security, operational excellence and maintaining your trust.
